EasyElopements – Terms & Conditions

By paying your non-refundable deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date. Final payment is due (2 weeks prior) to your ceremony. Failure to pay may result in cancellation with all payments forfeited.

Changes & Cancellations

If you change your date or location, we’ll do our best to accommodate, however additional costs may apply.
Dependant upon location and date.

All payments are non-refundable if you cancel.

Wet Weather

Outdoor ceremonies require a backup plan. Alternate locations may be used if needed. Any extra costs are the responsibility of the Bridal Couple.

Suppliers

EasyElopements . Photographer, Video and or Livestream is supplied to Us/You at a discounted price via BigSmiles wedding specialist, if you change date/location and our photographer/video/Livestream is Not available it would without doubt cost more to replace Bigsmiles services.

Insurance & Liability

EasyElopements does not provide insurance coverage for the Bridal Couple or guests. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. The Bridal Couple is encouraged to arrange their own wedding insurance.

Photography Use

You allow EasyElopements to use ceremony photos/videos for website and social media promotion. Images can be removed on request in writing.

Live-stream

Livestream is based around technology supplied by Telcos, Telstra/Optus/Starlink for coverage and at Venues by the hotel or venue if they allow, Some Venues can often refuse to allow use of Wifi.
we will scout and test the location(s) with a coverage map and even the availability of Satellite use. But we still cannot guarantee good service supplied by other companies.

Late Arrival Policies

Grace Period: Most providers offer a small grace period, typically 10 to 15 minutes. If you have not arrived within this window, the celebrant and photographer may reserve the right to reschedule or depart to their next booking.
Late Fees: If the team is able to stay and wait, you may be charged “waiting time” fees. Standard industry rates are approximately $75 per 30 minutes (or part thereof), often payable on the day before the ceremony starts.
Impact on Coverage: Since elopement packages are time-bound (e.g., 1 hour of photography), starting late usually results in reduced photography time. The photographer is rarely obligated to stay past the original “End Time” unless an extension fee is paid and they are available.
Cancellation Risk: In extreme cases (typically 30+ minutes late), the provider may treat the event as a “no-show,” resulting in a forfeiture of all fees paid. You would then be required to rebook and pay in full for a new date.

Permit & Venue Restrictions

Council Time Slots: If your elopement is at a popular Noosa spot like Hidden Grove or Casuarina Gardens, your Noosa Council Permit is strictly timed (usually 2 or 3 hours). Starting late may mean your permit expires before you finish, risking fines or conflict with the next wedding.
Sunlight Constraints: For “Golden Hour” or sunset elopements, a late start can mean losing the light entirely, which may prevent the photographer from delivering the promised high-quality images.
Please arrange with photographer or look up Sunset time for the location at the correct time of year. its best to have the ceremony in good light and then allow time to even wait for the perfect sunset moments when you are with the photographer on the Bridal shoot, Please note the Sun drops fast so you should be at the loctaion of choice ready for the shots.

Recommendations

Arrive 15 Minutes Early: Most elopement planners suggest arriving at the site at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start to account for parking and walking to the ceremony spot.
Communicate Immediately: If you are running late, call your coordinator or celebrant immediately. They may be able to shuffle the schedule if they don’t have a back-to-back booking
